Cancellation & Return Policy

You can cancel your DynamiCare subscription at any time, for any reason.
Within first 14 days of signup:
You can cancel your plan within the first 14 days to receive a full refund for the first month. We will refund the Substance Testing add-on if the member’s unopened testing equipment is returned to us within 60 days of signup. A refund is issued only upon DynamiCare’s receipt of the unopened testing equipment. Any self-funded financial rewards (Accountability Wallet) are non-refundable.
After the first 14 days of signup:
If you cancel during the middle of the billing cycle, you will not be refunded for that billing cycle. Since you are paying for the full monthly billing cycle, you can continue using the service until the cycle is up. We will ensure that your subscription does not renew for the following billing cycle.
Cancelling add-ons:
Members can add Substance Testing or financial rewards (Accountability Wallet) onto their membership plan at any time. If an individual cancels an add-on in the middle of a billing cycle, no refunds will be issued mid-cycle, and that add-on will continue to be available for use for the remainder of the billing cycle, and will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Refunding Financial incentives:
If the financial rewards are funded by Supporters, we can issue a refund of unearned funds to the Supporter when the member’s DynamiCare subscription ends. If a member self-funds their own financial incentives, they cannot receive a refund for their unearned rewards. Self-funded incentives are non-refundable and forfeited if the member leaves the program. We do this for clinical reasons, and have put a lot of thought into this issue. The clinical purpose of financial rewards is to hold oneself accountable to one’s own recovery. If these rewards are available to be returned directly to the member, these funds are no longer a true mechanism for accountability.
What if my loved one decides not to participate?
If you sign up for a family plan on behalf of a loved one, we need their consent/assent to enroll them in the program. We will try to reach out to your loved one and encourage them to participate. If we are unable to get them started on DynamiCare within 30 days, you may request a full refund.
